In the event of an alarm activation, the monitoring station will inform our control centre which enables us to deploy a response unit immediately. All of our vehicles are fitted with tracker systems which enables our control centre to locate and deploy the nearest officer to the property, ensuring a rapid response. Any key or documentation are transported within locked, alarmed key safes during transit. The Mobile security officer will then check the property to try to establish a cause of the activation. In the case of a false alarm, the premise will be secured and the alarm reset. In the case of a serious incident we will lease with police officers and obtain full details for insurance claims or any other reporting matter.
